Rental Application
You can download our application form in the PDF format from the link below. You may complete the application with signature and send it to us via mail, fax or you may scan your form and email it to jim@corleyrentals.com. The ACRAnet form is linked below and must also be completed. It can be mailed, faxed or sent via email also.
Residential House Application Fee: There is a $35 nonrefundable application fee, 50% good faith deposit (goes towards your security deposit). If there is no action after 14 days, deposit is forfeited.
Commercial Application Fee: There is a $35 nonrefundable application fee, 50% good faith deposit (goes towards your security deposit). If there is no action after 14 days, deposit is forfeited.
We will not process your application until we verify your credit.
